Since this is a live-work loft, this area is actually probably the work area. But the bathroom's right there and so is the only "closet" space.
It's not that great of a picture, especially due to low lighting. The bathroom's pretty big. There's plenty of counter space and lots of room between the sink and the wall opposite.
Again, since the bedroom area is more designed to be work area, the entry is right next to it. Note the tiny (one-foot-wide) window looking out into the hall.
The only shuttered closet in the loft.
The two windows are 4 feet wide each.
The right side of the living area will be for dining. Note the two skylights and 12-16 foot ceilings (it slants a bit)!
I'm getting more cabinet space, better appliances and a double sink. I don't get a pantry, though. I'll use a couple cabinets for pantry space.
This is what I'll see when I look out my window. There aren't too many things going on outside, but plenty of cars drive by.
A different angle of the kitchen. I think they changed the fridge out - I believe it's black now.
This is the building from the street view. My apartment is the second one on the upper floor. Look for the "Fun" sign, and my windows are over that sign.
My loft on top of a "fun" sign. I could climb out the window onto that ledge, but I don't think it'll support me. I'll have to test that out!
