Photo Gallery: The Dinky Engine

The Dinky engine ran between Conyers and Milstead for many years. A full history can be found here. The engine is currently located at Center Point Park, the original center of the town of Conyers Station (as Conyers was known years ago). The flagpole stands as a monument to war veterans, identification of Center Point, and as a monument to the incorporation of Rockdale County and Founders Day. The park is also the county's Blue Star Memorial Highway location.
